Scope

I launched Google Business Profile review campaigns to strengthen local visibility, credibility, and organic customer acquisition. I designed review incentive mechanics for new trial customers, course purchasers, and existing members while coordinating sales team execution and review follow-up.

Execution and impact

I monitored daily review activity, replied to customer reviews, tracked staff execution, and reported progress to management.
